SESSIONS ARE CATERED TO THE YOUTH ATHLETE 7-18 YEARS OF AGE. THE FOCUS FOR YOUNGER ATHLETES IS BUILDING A GREAT FOUNDATION OF MOVEMENT THAT IS DRIVEN BY DISCOVERY BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, FUN!
