Our professional coaches provide a detailed program to evaluate your needs and set goals to give you the confidence and competence to perform at your best!

GROUP CLASSES

Experience a challenging, functional, and fun workout every single time in a group setting. Workouts are designed to give you the most well rounded training possible, regardless of fitness level, condition or limitation.

PEDAL

Join our emPWRing Pedal coaches as they guide you through a ride filled with sprints, hills, endurance, dancing, and everything in between! This is a class for all pedal skill levels driven by kickass playlists and motivating coaches!

YOUTH SPORTS
PERFORMANCE

Sessions are catered to the youth athlete 7-18 years of age, in any sport. The focus for younger athletes (7-12 yrs) is building a great foundation of movement that is driven by discovery but most importantly, fun! Older athletes (13-18 yrs) benefit from a more tailored, individualized program with our small group and 1:1 programming.

1:1 COACHING

PWR's completely individualized programming, our professional coaches will assess your needs and formulate an action plan to work toward your goals. Whether you want to get stronger, feel better, perfect movement patterns, or train for a specific event, 1:1 training is for you! Open to ALL members and non-members alike!
