We understand when someone seeks out individualized training, it is our duty to understand not only why individual training is important to you, but also how we help you obtain the results you're seeking in a sustainable and holistic way.

Your Consultation starts with meeting 1-on-1 with one of our Coaches in person here at PWR. They'll start with a conversation, asking a few questions to not only get to know you as a person, but also to better understand any frustrations you currently have, and of course what your goals are, so they're able to bridge the gap between where you are, and where you want to be, by creating a custom plan of action!

The purpose of your Consultation is for you and your Coach to accomplish 2 main objectives:

1. Movement Assessment
This joint-by-joint assessment will help both you and your Coach understand how your body moves in its current state, and identify any opportunities for improvement.

2. Custom Plan
Using your movement assessment results, you and your Coach will sit down and discuss an action plan that takes into consideration many factors, including:
Your movement assessment results, your goals, needs, and wants, a specific timeline for completion (if applicable), schedule, budget, and a discussion around what you'd like to accomplish after working together.
