WHY CHOOSE PWR?

The fitness industry has the opportunity to become a place for people to take back their PWR, to solve problems, to get people out of pain. PWR is that place. We’re bridging the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Everyone deserves to feel PWRful when they train here, regardless of fitness level, age, occupation, cultural background, sexual orientation, gender identity, and anything else that makes someone uniquely them. To us, exercise should be fun, challenging, and inspiring for ALL.

HOW IS PWR DIFFERENT?

Everyone has their own story, their own ‘why’, and their own goals. We’ve recognized that because of this, funneling everyone right into group classes is like trying to put a square peg into a round hole. So we found a better way.

When you start at PWR, you’ll begin with a Free Intro Consultation with one of our professional coaches. We’ll assess your current movement abilities and limitations, discuss your goals, and determine if we’re the right fit to help you succeed. 

 

PWR provides solutions for those who are ready to commit to a better version of themselves. We might not be for everyone, and that's okay. Our approach is unique, just like your needs are.

We know there are lots of fitness options in the Capital Region, and at the end of the day you should choose what fits you and your needs best. If you're considering PWR, we are excited to get to know you and see if we can help.
