WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE ARRIVING FOR MY FIRST CLASS?


PLEASE ARRIVE 5-10 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE CLASS START TIME. THIS WILL ALLOW OUR STAFF TIME TO HELP GET YOU SITUATED AND LEARN MORE ABOUT YOU PRIOR TO CLASS! DON'T FORGET YOUR TOWEL (REQUIRED FOR MEMBERS), A CHANGE OF SHOES (GYM SNEAKERS WORN IN THE GYM ONLY), AND YOUR WATER. ON TIME ARRIVAL IS PARAMOUNT FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR MEMBERS.




WHAT IS THE CLASS CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY?


FOR ALL REGULARLY SCHEDULED CLASSES, WE DO OUR BEST TO ALLOW AS MANY MEMBERS INTO OUR CLASSES AS WE CAN, WHILE STILL ADHERING TO CLASS CAPACITIES TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR MEMBERS DURING CLASS. PLEASE BE MINDFUL WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR CLASSES, AND IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND, CANCEL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. DUE TO LIMITED CAPACITY, ANY CANCELLATION WITHIN 8 HOURS OF CLASS START TIME WILL INCUR A $10 FEE. A "NO SHOW" OCCURS IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL AND DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR SCHEDULED CLASS. IF YOU NO SHOW, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $10 NO SHOW FEE.

HOLIDAY CLASSES (WHERE OUR REGULAR SCHEDULE IS ALTERED) ARE EXTREMELY LIMITED DUE TO CAPACITY AND NUMBER OF CLASSES. PLEASE BE MINDFUL WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR CLASS, AND IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND, CANCEL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. DUE TO LIMITED CAPACITY, ANY CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW WITHIN 8 HOURS OF CLASS START TIME WILL INCUR A $20 FEE.




I AM A BEGINNER, CAN I STILL DO THIS PROGRAM?


ABSOLUTELY! OUR PROGRAM IS DESIGNED SO THAT PEOPLE OF ALL FITNESS LEVELS CAN EXPERIENCE SUCCESS AND FEEL THEIR BEST. OUR COACHES WILL MODIFY EXERCISES AND/OR SCALE THE WORKOUTS AS NEEDED TO MEET YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS.




HOW MANY DAYS SHOULD I ATTEND EACH WEEK?


WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU ATTEND A MINIMUM OF (3) SESSIONS PER WEEK, IN ADDITION TO FOLLOWING YOUR PERSONAL MEAL PLAN OR NUTRITION PLAN FROM PWR. FOR EVEN BETTER RESULTS, THOUGH, WE RECOMMEND YOU WORKOUT WITH US 4-5 TIMES PER WEEK!

YES, THAT IS ONE OF OUR MAIN OBJECTIVES. OUR COACHES ALWAYS DEMONSTRATE EACH EXERCISE AND PROVIDE MODIFICATIONS BEFORE THE ACTUAL WORKOUT. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF A SPECIFIC MODIFICATION OR ASSISTANCE, PLEASE INQUIRE WITH YOUR COACHES PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR WORKOUT SO THEY CAN BEST ASSIST YOU.
