What should I expect on my first day of class?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of your reserved class time to allow yourself time to get situated. The last thing we want you to feel is stressed and rushed before your first day! 😁 You can also expect one of our knowledgeable team members to guide you through what to expect during class, guidelines, etc. and ensure you're feeling confident and of course having fun!

When should I arrive for class?

Please plan to arrive/be ready at least 5 minutes prior to your reserved class. The demonstrations and explanation provided at the start of class are critical to your safety and success. Whether this is your 1st or 1000th class, be great, NOT late!

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Reservations may be cancelled on the app without penalty by cancelling up to the stated class start time. No-shows for class will incur a $10 fee. Multiple class bookings are the responsibility of the client to manage. PWR staff cannot be held responsible for accidental or double bookings made by members.

How do I book a class?

Download our PWR app in the App Store by searching "PWR518". From there, you will be prompted to create an account by using your email. Once logged in, purchase a class or membership option on the BUY screen. Once purchased, click on a class day/time that fits your schedule. You will then be prompted to book your class. We look forward to seeing you!

Are children allowed at PWR?

Please understand that we are unable to provide the lobby as a space for unattended children. We appreciate your efforts to find an alternative care situation for your children while you train with us.

Question 6

What shoes should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Come ready to sweat and move around! Wear whatever allows you to do so comfortably. Please do NOT wear dirty gym shoes- your gym shoes should be free of dirt and outside debris to help keep the training floors as clean as possible. We provide shoe trays for your outside shoes conveniently at our entrance.
