PWR's group programming has been developed in a unique way to promote and enhance your overall health, strength, cardiovascular wellness, and longevity, by incorporating six main movement patterns: Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Push, Pull, & Carry.

PERFORMANCE & RECOVERY POP-UPS

Our PWR Pop-Ups bring the local fitness community together with expert-led sessions designed to complement our signature strength training. Featuring Barre, Vinyasa & Gentle Flow, Bands & Core, and Pedal, these in-studio events help you enhance mobility, stability, endurance, and recovery—so you can train smarter and feel stronger.
