I HAD AN EARLY DEVELOPMENT OF PASSION AND LOVE FOR FITNESS AND COMPETITION. MY FAMILY HAS A BACKGROUND OF ATHLETES, AND I PLAYED SPORTS THROUGH GRADE/HIGH SCHOOL AND INTO COLLEGE, WHERE I ALSO PURSUED MY BACHELOR’S AND MASTERS IN MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING. FINDING HIWB (NOW PWR) HELPED REKINDLE MY PASSION FOR TRAINING, NUTRITION, AND OVERALL WELLNESS. MY LOVE FOR BOTH MENTAL HEALTH AND FITNESS ALLOWS ME TO PROMOTE THE REALITY THAT THERE IS A MIND-BODY CONNECTION THAT CAN BE STRENGTHENED THROUGH PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, AS PHYSICAL WELLNESS HAS A DIRECT IMPACT ON MENTAL WELLNESS.
