I’ve been an athlete since I was in grade school, so fitness has always been a part of my life. I’ve done various exercise classes growing up - step class, aerobics, cycling, yoga, barre classes, etc. My friend Abbie actually found a Facebook page called “HiiT it with Britt” and we thought we’d try it out. Four plus years later and i still love doing our workouts and became a certified personal trainer. Just recently I became a certified spinning instructor and am working with coaches from Portland, OR in kettlebell training.
