From swinging a bat, kicking a soccer ball, and bouncing a basketball, sports defined my past and impacted my future. As a former division I athlete and youngest female athletic director in NY State, the tangible and intangible skills acquired seamlessly transitioned to creating HiiT it with Britt, now PWR. My personal transformation, physically and mentally, especially my struggles as a single mom, were the motivation to take big risks, sacrifice and commit to inspiring others. I've always worn many “hats” and balancing the “mompreneur” life only challenges me to grow and give more to my community. When you take my classes, you will expect infectious energy, pushing the boundaries and an unforgettable experience. My mission is to transform lives and cultivate change in the fitness industry.
