AS A HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETE, I HAD USED SPORTS & EXERCISE TO MOVE THROUGH AND RELEASE DIFFICULT, OVERWHELMING EMOTIONS. FAST FORWARD 10 YEARS, STRENGTH TRAINING & METABOLIC CONDITIONING CONTINUE TO BE AN OUTLET, NOT ONLY FOR MY EXCESSIVE ENERGY AND MENTAL CLARITY- BUT AS AN EMPOWERING, SECURE PLATFORM FOR WHEN LIFE GETS OUT OF CONTROL. MY GOAL IS TO HELP OTHERS DISCOVER THEIR POWER BY ENCOURAGING EVERYONE TO COMPLETE HARD THINGS DAILY.
