I’ve been an athlete all my life. I’ve played soccer tennis when I was younger. I was recruited in 8th grader to run indoor track for the high school. From the point on, I did indoor and outdoor track throughout high school. I was hooked on the training- power and speed. After high school, it wasn’t until I found PWR, and I found that same spark that I felt from running track.
