WHAT DOES THE LIFESTYLE PROGRAM OFFER?
Over the course of 8 weeks, Coach Sarah will work with you on personal development, habit development, sustainable nutrition, and more! Each client's program is custom tailored based on the client's needs, background, and goals.
WHAT WOULD A 'TYPICAL' PROGRAM
LOOK LIKE FOR ME?
No two client journeys are the same!
Coach Sarah works with you individually to formulate an action plan centered around a healthy balance of personal development, habit management, and nutritional guidance.
Weeks 1-4 are heavily centered around education in regards to habit forming, personal development, time & stress management.
Weeks 5-8 apply the skills and behaviors learned through Week 4 and include a deeper focus on nutrition and how to implement small nutritional changes into your newly developed routine.
BUT I JUST WANT A MEAL PLAN!
At PWR, we are firm believers that learning and adapting to your specific lifestyle for long term changes comes with education, practice, and trial & error.
Clients who have completed our Lifestyle Program are equipped with the tools needed to make informed decisions for their health and well-being, no matter what curveballs life throws at them.
Clients who meet personal benchmarks earlier in the Lifestyle Program typically advance to custom-tailored nutrition programming. The more you put into this program, the more you get out of it not only during the program, but long after as well!
MEET COACH SARAH
I had an early development of passion and love for fitness, and played sports in high school and college. I received my Bachelor and Master Degrees in Mental Health Counseling, and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
PWR has helped rekindle my passion for training, nutrition, and overall wellness. My love for both mental health and fitness allows me to promote the reality that there is a mind-body connection that can be strengthened through personal development, as physical wellness has a direct impact on mental wellness.
I am so excited to be your Coach and help you on your personal journey to discovering your best self!
