As stated in your membership agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring 12 month membership on freeze one(1)  time per 12 month cycle. 10 class autopay memberships, class packages, and new member trials may not be placed on freeze.


Membership freeze requests are available in 1 month increments, for up to 3 consecutive months. PWR reserves the right to reduce freeze time depending on reason, as well as deny freeze requests for reasons that are deemed ineligible.


Membership freeze requests must be submitted no less than 7 business days before your next scheduled payment date. Membership freeze requests received later cannot be processed until after the next scheduled renewal payment. Should a membership payment be made due to notice given less than 7 business days prior to the scheduled payment, payment amount will be applied to the first payment due after the end of the schedule freeze. All membership payments are nonrefundable.


A $25 freeze fee will be assessed for the freeze, with exception given for medical reasons only, when supporting documentation is provided. Upon expiration of the freeze period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.


If you choose to cancel your membership during the freeze period, the standard cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement (along with any applicable fees) is applicable. If you choose to reinstate your membership after it is canceled, membership rates in effect at the time of reinstatement will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).


This form must be completed no later than 7 business days prior to your next scheduled payment date.

  • This freeze request is being submitted as the first and only request within my current 12 month membership cycle.

  • This freeze request is being submitted no less than 7 business days before my next scheduled non-refundable renewal payment.

  • My non-refundable membership payment will be processed if this request is submitted less than 7 business days before my renewal date.

  • My membership payments are current, and I have no active payment delinquencies at PWR.

  • The length of my freeze request may be adjusted at the discretion of PWR due to the reason/supporting documentation provided.

  • My membership and non-refundable payments will resume automatically upon expiration of the freeze period.

  • If I choose to cancel my membership during the freeze period, the 30-day notice required by my membership agreement is still applicable. If membership reinstatement is requested, rate will be adjusted to the current rate in effect at the time of reinstatement.
