WHAT TO EXPECT
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please get to the gym 10 mins before the scheduled start of the class. When parking, please do not park in spots with marked signs for other businesses, in front of other buildings, or double park. Violators will be towed by a 3rd party.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Your water bottle, a towel, and an open mind!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Something comfortable that you prefer to sweat in, and a sturdy pair of training shoes. We ask that you bring your gym shoes separately and not wear them outside, as it will help limit the amount of dirt tracked into the gym.
SHOULD I BRING MY OWN WATER?
We recommend bringing your own water bottle, however if you forget, you can also purchase one on arrival for $1 (cash only please).
CAN I BRING MY BELONGINGS IN WITH ME?
We do have a storage area for your outside shoes, jacket, and any extra bags or items that are not required during class. To maximize the gym space, we ask that you bring only what you need for your workout into the gym.
WAIT, I’M LATE!
To ensure that your spot is not released to the waitlist, please arrive to PWR at least ten minutes prior to the start of your class. To be respectful of others, there will be no entry after the class has started.

Beginning and sticking to an exercise program is crucial to your health and overall well-being. If you’re having difficulty exercising alone, group exercise classes are your best option! While enjoying your workout during group sessions, you might forget that you’re actually exercising and within a short period of time it’ll become routine for you to attend regularly and become part of our PWR Family!
