Classes will be a 45 minute all levels yoga flow to loosen up your sore muscles and get your body ready for your next PWR class!

Mobility flows are programmed into our interval classes, both in-circuit and for afterburners, 2-3 times per week. Your body will appreciate the slowed movements, with attention given to the muscles worked that day!
