I LOVE EVERY EXERCISE ON THE TRX. ROWS, MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS, PUSH UPS, ETC. THE LIST CAN GO FOREVER! IT’S SUCH A VERSATILE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT THAT PUSHES YOU TO USE YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT.

HI! MY NAME IS TAYLOR (OR TAY). I’VE ALWAYS HAD A PASSION FOR HELPING PEOPLE CRUSH THEIR GOALS AND ACHIEVE SUCCESS. AS A DANCER IN COLLEGE, I LOVED FINDING DIFFERENT METHODS OF TRAINING AND WORKING OUT. I FELL IN LOVE WITH KICKBOXING AND BECAME A KICKBOXING INSTRUCTOR. I ALSO BECAME CERTIFIED IN PIYO (PILATES AND YOGA). AS I CONTINUED TO TEACH KICKBOXING AND PIYO, I WAS INTRODUCED TO HIIT. I INSTANTLY KNEW I FOUND A TRAINING STYLE THAT I WAS PASSIONATE ABOUT. I STARTED TO TRAIN BOOTCAMP CLASSES THAT INVOLVED KICKBOXING AND HIIT. I BELIEVE THAT INCORPORATING ALL TYPES OF FITNESS STYLES ENCOURAGES GROWTH AND BALANCE IN AN INDIVIDUAL. CHANGE HAPPENS WHEN YOU STEP OUTSIDE THAT COMFORT ZONE!
