MEGAN

ALL MY LIFE I’VE BEEN AN ATHLETE, COMPETITOR AND TEAMMATE. AT 13 I FOUND MY PASSION, LACROSSE, AND PURSUED MY GOAL OF PLAYING AT THE DIVISION 1 LEVEL AT BINGHAMTON UNIVERSITY. AFTER GRADUATING AND ENDING MY ATHLETIC CAREER I FOUND MYSELF LACKING A SENSE OF PURPOSE WITHOUT MY SPORT THAT HAD BEEN MY MOTIVATION FOR 9 YEARS. AS I RETURNED HOME FROM COLLEGE AND HEADED BACK TO HIWB FOR MY USUAL SUMMER WORKOUTS, I REALIZED THIS GYM GAVE ME THE SAME GRATIFYING FEELINGS AS PLAYING LACROSSE DID. I AM NOW ABLE TO PASS ON MY EXPERIENCES AND KNOWLEDGE AS A D1 ATHLETE TO HELP OTHERS REACH THEIR FITNESS GOALS, AND HOPEFULLY FIND THEIR OWN PASSIONS TOWARD FITNESS.
