MY FITNESS JOURNEY BEGAN WITH MY LOVE FOR YOGA AND FINDING THE BALANCE OF A HEALTHY MIND AND BODY. THIS LED ME TO BECOME 200 RYT AND BARRE CERTIFIED. ONCE I BEGAN TEACHING YOGA AND BARRE I BEGAN TAKING HIIT CLASSES TO DIVERSIFY MY PHYSICAL TRAINING AND FELL IN LOVE. MY GOAL IS TO HELP OTHERS FIND THE JOY AND CONFIDENCE THAT COMES WITH MOVEMENT AND FINDING THEIR STRENGTH DURING THEIR JOURNEY.
