I WAS AN ATHLETE MY WHOLE LIFE: SOFTBALL, VOLLEYBALL, LACROSSE. I CONTINUED ON TO PLAY VOLLEYBALL AND LACROSSE IN COLLEGE. DURING MY SOPHOMORE YEAR OF COLLEGE, I DECIDED THAT SPORTS & CONDITIONING, TRAINING, AND BODYBUILDING WERE MY PASSIONS AFTER WORKING WITH ONE OF MY TRAINERS IN THE OFFSEASON. I FELL IN LOVE WITH LIFTING, NUTRITION, AND HELPING OTHERS IN THEIR FITNESS JOURNEY OVER THE YEARS, AND I LOVE WHAT I’M ABLE TO DO AS A COACH EVERY SINGLE DAY. AFTER GRADUATING, I PURSUED MY CERTIFICATIONS IN PERSONAL TRAINING, SPORTS & CONDITIONING, AND SPORTS NUTRITION, AND HAVE BEEN WORKING TOWARDS HELPING MORE PEOPLE AND IMPACTING ALL OF OUR MEMBERS FOR THE BETTER.
